So here is my plan for today so far. You're going to probably laugh or groan or want to smack me, but I'm using WW Online to track points again. It's just easier than Fitday because it has all my recipes & favorite brand foods already in its database.
B: 2 packets Quaker lower sugar apples & cinnamon oatmeal, 1 large banana, .5 cup orange juice (7 points)
L: Lean Cuisine Lemon Chicken, 1 large orange, 1 container Stonyfield farms fat free vanilla yogurt (9 points)
D: Barilla Plus pasta with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp real parmesan cheese, 1 cup broccoli sauteed with 1 clove garlic, and salt, pepper, oregano & garlic powder to taste. Yummo! (10 points)
