I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggonnit, people like me.
I need to sort of kick my ass into gear so I am challenging myself to do the following things every single day during the month of March 2006:
- Track everything I eat in WW online.
- Exercise 3x a week for at least 30 minutes.
- Drink at least 8 large glasses of water daily.
- Weigh myself weekly.
- Post my daily bites & thoughts here.
Yes, yes, yes. I can't challenge myself to lose a certain number of pounds because I can't really control that - I can only control my actions. But sticking to a program as well as I can for a full month would at least be a good way to help me build back some healthy habits.
