I thought about getting a bagel for breakfast and a large cream & sugar Dunkin Donuts coffee. But I didn't. Instead I had 1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios with 1/2 cup skim milk. Then I got to work and had coffee with Splenda and a Kudos bar. All in all 5 points, and more filling than the 9 point bagel and 4 point coffee I thought about having.|
For lunch I'm thinking about getting Panera. But I did bring some frozen meals. I have a Lean Cuisine Macaroni and Cheese, a Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken, and a Campbell's Select Italian Wedding soup cup. So, since today is just a regular Wednesday, I will try and pick one of those, and have it along with my planned snacks of an orange and a fat free yogurt.
Dinner will probably be the egg & veggie scramble that I didn't have last night.
