Scrumptastic is a LJ for a couple friends who are working on building healthy habits & supporting each other.
Gillian (tastybrains) is looking to lose a significant amount of weight (approx 95 lbs). Her current plan is to track what she eats in her Fitday journal and to eat more healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and drink lots of water. She's also working on developing a fitness/exercise program for the spring/summer.
