Breakfast: coffee, light english muffin with mustard & genoa salami, 2 pickle spears, water
(Shari asked me if i was pregnant)
Lunch: Smart Ones Enchilada Suiza frozen meal (6 pts), diet coke
Dinner: 3 california rolls, Frozen shrimp and pasta dinner
(the shrimp and pasta had a cream sauce that probably wasn't great, but other than that, all was well)

Breakfast: quakers weight control oatmeal
Snack: light string cheese
Lunch: leftover shrimp and penne, 2 pickle spears
Snack: 5 california rolls
Dinner: 2 frozen TGIFRiday's potato skins, 1 Fajita (1 tortilla, 3 strips of chicken breast, salsa, 1 tbsp
ff sour cream, a oz. sprinkled cheese, 1 tbsp guacamole, onions, peppers, mushrooms), small portion of black beans
Snack?: several glasses of sangria
