|Snowed In Weekend

Okay, well I might as well confess about my weekend, so I can move on.
Did not go well. Being snowed in is not helpful to diets.
Saturday morning I had a light english muffin with some peanut butter and jelly. Then I had a giant turkey leg at the faire, but only half. And a few bites of fudge.
For dinner I had a glass of red wine, 2 pieces of filet mignon, 2 hash brown type things, and 2 types of salad.
Then.... uh, well... ice cream and waffles. But holy fuck it was good.
Sunday morning was an egg, a piece of toast with butter, and a piece of toast with creamed chipped beef on it. Lunch was Italian bread, salami, and 2 types of cheese. and a few more bites of fudge.
Dinner was ham, spinach, and a baked potato.
Dessert = hot cocoa and a few cookies.
Okay, now that that's over.
Yesterday I made a breakfast burrito (1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1 slice cheese, salsa, and a large tbsp of ff sour cream). Lunch was tuna on whole wheat, pickles, and a small portion of potato chips.
Snack was an apple. Dinner was salad and 2 chicken sutlets, lightly breaded with lemon juice. So, back on track I guess...
